What are your payment terms to get on the schedule?
It's simple! To reserve your spot on the installation calendar, we require a 50% deposit when you approve your design. The remaining 50% is due only after your installation is complete and you are 100% happy with your new holiday display.

What kind of lights and materials do you use?

Can I choose my own colors and style, or do you have standard packages?

How does the free design consultation work?
This is where the magic begins! One of our professional designers will meet you at your home at a time that's convenient for you. We'll walk the property with you, listen to your ideas, and share our own expert suggestions. We can even use special software to show you a mockup on a photo of your home! At the end of the consultation, we'll provide a full, itemized quote, all with no pressure or obligation.
Installation
Once I pay my deposit, how long until my lights are up?
We work fast! Once you've approved your design and paid the deposit, we will get you on the schedule. We typically complete your installation within 3 to 5 business days. Our scheduling team will confirm a specific day with you. (Note: This window may be slightly longer as we get closer to the peak of the season, so we always recommend booking early!)
Do I need to be home during the installation?
Not at all! As long as our crew has access to the exterior of your home and the necessary outdoor power outlets, you are free to go about your day. We'll handle the entire installation, test everything, and have your home glowing by the time you get home from work.
How do you attach the lights to my home? Will it cause any damage?
This is a top priority for us! Our crews are trained to protect your home. We use a system of non-invasive, property-friendly clips and fasteners that are specifically designed for different surfaces. We never use nails, staples, or any method that would cause holes or permanent damage to your roof, gutters, or trim.
Takedown
Do I have to schedule my takedown or be home for it?
Nope! Takedown is automatic and completely hassle-free. Just like with the installation, you do not need to be home. Our professional crew will handle everything from the exterior. Your home will be back to normal, and you won't have to lift a finger.
What happens to all the lights and materials after you remove them?
You don't have to worry about a thing! Our crew carefully removes, labels, and inventories every component of your display. We then transport everything back to our secure, climate-controlled warehouse, where it's stored safely for the off-season. Next fall, we'll test every bulb before it's time to install your display again.
When do you come back to take the lights down?
Our takedown season begins on January 2nd. We work efficiently through our entire client list, and all takedowns are typically completed by the end of January (Minnesota weather permitting, of course!). You don't need to call or schedule it; it's an automatic part of our service.
